2. Definition of personal data
We consider “personal data” as any piece of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Among others, it includes name, surname, postal and electronic addresses and telephone numbers.
3. Treatment and purpose of the collected data
Personal data submitted when visiting our web portals or when installing our phone app will be treated in compliance with data protection regulations and will be only collected, processed and used for legal, legitimate and informed purposes. For this reason, here we describe all the purposes for which personal data is processed by La Espada S. L.:
• Managing newsletter subscriptions and submitting legal news reports and office events.
• Responding to questions by sending contact forms o via customer support chat. The data collected through these means are used to respond users, send them commercial information and include them in the distribution list.
La Espada S.L. will inform all users about the non-compulsory nature of the collection of certain types of personal data unless it is stated otherwise. However, not providing this data may cause that La Espada S.L. is not able to provide the services associated with that data, holding the company harmless in case the services are not provided or their provision is incomplete.
It is the user’s obligation to facilitate true and current data. La Espada S.L. reserves the right to exclude services and proceed to service cancellation for any user that provides false data, notwithstanding any other actions applicable under the Law.

The legal basis of data processing is responding to questions or track users via web page.

Data will be kept for the period necessary to respond questions or for the complete registry management, unless the data owner declares the will to stop data processing, or to comply with the legal deadline established for certain tax obligations.

La Espada S. L. aims at ensuring the security of your personal data. This data is stored in our information systems with adapted and integral security, technical and organizational measures in order to prevent losses or non-authorized uses by third parties. As an example, our web portals use HTTPS data encryption protocols.
No piece of personal data that identifies the user will be logged automatically when visiting this web portal or using the services of La Espada S.L. Nevertheless, “cookies” are used during browsing. These are small data files generated in the user’s computer that allow to obtain the following analytical information:
a) The date and time of access to identify the times of most affluence and make precise adjustments to avoid saturation problems at peak times.
b) The number of daily visitors to each section, which allows us to identify the most successful areas as well as increase and improve their content so that the users obtain more satisfactory results and content design is improved.

La Espada S.L. ‘s cookies do not collect personal data, and we do not combine the general information collected by them with other personal data to know who you are or your email address.

All users can exercise their rights provided by data protection regulations, such as access, data processing limitations, suppression, portability and other rights by means of a written notice addressed to La Espada S.L. or sending and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
